Upon completion. Participants will be able to:

• Apply BSL-2 safety protocols effectively. Process clinical samples for viral nucleic acid isolation.

• Perform manual & automated RNA extraction.

• Execute and Interpret RT-PCR assays.

Analyze Ct values and report diagnostic
