The Modern Animal House Facility at IUCBR & SSH (Registration No. 2345/GO/ReBi/S/2025/CCSEA) is a CCSEA-approved facility designed to provide a safe and controlled environment for housing and breeding laboratory animals. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure to support high-quality biomedical and behavioral research while ensuring the ethical treatment and welfare of animals.

    • Approved to house 2000 rats and 2000 mice in a clean, temperature-controlled, and hygienic environment.

    • In-house breeding facility with CCSEA approval, ensuring a steady supply of healthy animals for research.

  2. Advanced Neurobehavioral Research Equipment
    Our facility is equipped with cutting-edge instruments to study brain function and behavior, including:
